Gelatin raw materials

We supply pork rinds and bones for the production of edible gelatin. The rinds and bones are sourced from cutting plants and the meat processing industry, where they have been separated from the meat. We transport the rinds and bones with our own refrigerated trucks to our plant in Nienburg. After thorough quality inspection, the goods are palletized and stored either chilled or frozen in our own cold storage.

Pork bones:

• Mixture of bones
• Packed loosely or palletized in boxes
• Shipped in containers or according to customer specifications
• Danish or German origin

Pork rinds:

• Rind mixture made primarily from pork neck or back
• Packed according to customer specifications
• Shipped fresh or frozen in containers, palletized in boxes, or according to customer specifications
• Danish or German origin
