Mechanically deboned meat (MDM) is a key product from BHJ. Our plants are fully equipped with the necessary modern processing technology needed to separate bone and meat in the MDMs used in many international, pet food brands. Premium MDMs are for example used to effectively reduce calcium levels in pet food.
Modern high-pressure technology for producing MDM is an important part of the set-up in BHJ's processing plants. Our technology equipment enables us to produce not only the standard products from pork and poultry, but also more complex products such as bovine and ovine.
