We want to play our part in becoming a more sustainable company, and therefore we are continuously working to incorporate sustainability into our sourcing activities. As our business only processes fish, we have therefore chosen to be certified by the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council). The MSC works to preserve the marine environment and prevent overfishing. MSC-certified fisheries make a dedicated effort to carry out their work as sustainably as possible, and by choosing our MSC-certified products, you help ensure the conservation of fish stocks and the marine environment. We currently source MSC-certified cod, haddock, and plaice.
